If the sole is floating

Our sole uses an adhesive that gently sticks when you put your weight on it.

When you wear it, the sole will naturally adhere to the surface of the shoe.

Please be assured that it is not defective.

Inconvenient to wear due to wide feet

If new shoes do not fit due to wide feet, please use the shoe keeper sold at SAPPUN.

Put the shoe key bar in the shoes and keep the dryer at least 50 cm away and apply it for 10 to 20 minutes.

If you are concerned about heel pain/scratches

Please use the one that suits you best among the several types of heel pads sold by SAPPUN.

Even if you wear new shoes for a long time, you can reduce the burden and scratches on your heels.

If the size is large, it can also be used as a size adjustment.

If you are concerned about the smell of leather products

Use a commercially available deodorant, or put coffee powder in a tea bag and store it in your shoes.

Not only is it hygienic, but it also protects against humidity.
